	Side by side foundation excavations.  Both foundations had extensive rock which was broken out to allow for walk-out basements.  Working together with a rock breaking sub contractor kept costs to a minimum by having one machine breaking and another clearing the rock, eliminating the down time from changing attachments. 	Thunderbird Drive Pool Decommission
	Decommissioning of an existing swimming pool no longer useable. The pool was pumped out and the base chipped with a breaker, sides caved in, filled with sand, packed and capped with lawn sand and topsoil. View category

	This project was a three and a half acre initial lot clearing that included tree removal, driveway access to a proposed home site and septic test holes.  All stumps and brush were piled and burned on site according to Ministry of Environment guidelines for air quality index. View category
